Rhi^2 Road Trip, Setpember 2008 (better late than never!)

Remember that big road trip I went on last September with Aussie Rhiannon? Well, since it's been a year now, I figured I should really get on posting the pictures and talking about the trip. So here it is, FINALLY! I can't guarantee how accurate the details will be, as I have a horrible horrible memory, but it'll be close enough...
Even though I have a ton of friends in Philly, I could not find one person to stay with since it was Labor Day weekend. So, this was our first introduction to couchsurfing. Our host Jasmine was fantastic! After settling in, I went to pick Rhi up at the airport...and missed the train because I'm directionally incompetent. Luckily, I arrived only minutes after she did, so she wasn't left waiting alone too long. We went out for drinks that night (what a trooper!), and did lots of sightseeing the next few days. Highlights for me were going to H&M, the Mütter Museum, seeing a show at the Philly Fringe Festival, visiting historic Old Town and the Eastern State Penitentiary.

Even though I have a shit ton of things to do for my 2009 trip, I felt that this was at the top of my to do list!
Hope to have a new update for each place all this week. Let me know if I forget anything.
